PUD reports nearly all power restored to Edmonds

Snohomish County PUD said that nearly all power was restored to Edmonds by about 7 p.m Tuesday following an early afternoon windstorm that damaged the Perrinville substation and knocked power out to much of the city. As of 8 p.m. Tuesday, a few scattered outages remained in South Snohomish County, the PUD spokesperson said.

Downed trees cut power to 2,900 homes
