Snohomish County Fire District 1 responded to 356 calls the week of May 20-26: 293 emergency medical aid calls, 21 fires, 20 motor vehicle collisions, eight service calls and 14 automatic fire alarms.
FIRE. Firefighters responded to a fire in a storage shed at Old Woodway High School at 10 p.m.. Damage to the shed and track gear stored inside totaled $1,500. The fire is being investigated as arson.
COLLISION. A car crashed into a tree at 183rd St. SW and Larch Way east of Lynnwood at 5:01 a.m. Firefighters took two patients to Stevens Hospital.
FIRE. Firefighters responded to a Dumpster fire in the 12900 block of the Mukilteo Speedway at 3:39 p.m.
FIRE. Firefighters responded to a Dumpster fire at a restaurant in the 14900 block of Highway 99 north of Lynnwood at 2:49 a.m.
COLLISION. A woman on a bicycle collided with a car at 164th St. SW and Meadow Road east of Lynnwood at 9:33 a.m. Firefighters transported her to Providence Everett Medical Center.
COLLISION. Firefighters took one patient to Stevens Hospital after responding to a two-car collision at 236th St. SW and 58th Ave. W in Mountlake Terrace at 12:51 p.m.
COLLISION. A pickup truck crashed into a parked car at 9th Ave. S and Fir St. in Edmonds at 6:22 a.m. Firefighters took one patient to Stevens Hospital.
