Donate to school supply drive benefiting Edmonds families in need

Starting Saturday, Aug. 14 – Saturday, Sept. 4, you can help the Fabric of Life Foundation collect school supplies and backpacks for over 600 needy students in Edmonds and Lynnwood whose parents can’t afford what is needed for school.

Just bring the following school supplies to the Fabric of Life store at 523 Main Street in downtown Edmonds (just east of the fountain). Stop by on your way to the Taste of Edmonds, and help families in need.

Here’s what the perfect backpack contains:
Backpack (boys & girls colors)
Wide & Narrow Lined Paper
Composition Books (Wide & Narrow Lined)
Spiral Notebooks (Wide & Narrow Lined)
24 Pack Crayons
12 Pack Colored Pencils
Magic Markers
Highlighters
