Edmonds residents have been wondering for months now when the new butcher shop on Main Street will be opening its doors. “We’re getting closer,” promised Alan Brown, marketing director for Bill the Butcher’s local chain of natural meat butcher shops.
Brown said that work on the interior of the shop is in progress, as is the permitting process, although they are still many weeks away from opening their doors and selling their first New York steak in Edmonds.
“If there were a genie in the bottle, our first wish would be to open the Edmond’s store today,” Brown said. “We cannot wait to move in to the neighborhood!”
