Mudslides continue to disrupt Edmonds-Seattle commuter train service

Sound Transit announced Wednesday that once again mudslides have canceled Edmonds-Seattle Sounder commuter train service for Wednesday afternoon’s commute and all day Thursday.

The following back-up Edmonds-Seattle bus service is in effect:

Wednesday evening
Board regularly scheduled Community Transit Route 416 at 5th and James at 3:56 p.m., 4:27 p.m., 4:58 p.m., 5:28 p.m. and 5:57 p.m.

Thursday morning
Community Transit Route 416 will depart Railroad & Main at 5:37 a.m., 6:15 a.m., 6:35 a.m., 6:55 a.m., 7:20 a.m. and 7:47 a.m. Please note: These times do not correspond with the regular Sounder schedule.

Please monitor www.soundtransit.org for updates to Sounder Northline service prior to your Friday morning commute.
