The latest from the Edmonds Police Department files:

May 31, 20200 block of 83rd Avenue West: A homeowner interrupts a burglary of garage. No known suspect apprehended.

June 1, 21900 block of Highway 99: A 35 year-old female is cited for the theft of $106.83 worth of items mainly consisting of candy and cosmetics from Top Foods.

June 3, 21300 block of 80th Avenue West: Report of victim seeing someone leave her apartment via an unsecured patio window. No identification of the subject can be specified. Latent prints attempted, but only smears were located.

June 4, 22200 block of Highway 99: Several family members had a verbal argument in a motel room. One of the males is found to have a misdemeanor warrant. The male is arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail on the warrant.

June 5, 9000 block of 192nd Street Southwest: Juvenile party leads to collision investigation, an assault and harassment.

June 7, 23500 block of 76th Avenue West: Contact with male seen opening mailboxes in area results in his being charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

June 7, 8300 block of 238th Street Southwest: Report of a handgun pointed at a driver of a vehicle following a traffic incident.

June 7, 23300 block of Highway 99: Victim reports theft of cell phone and uses GPS tracking to assist police with arrest of suspect.

June 10, 21900 block of Highway 99: Adult female caught shoplifting at Top Food and had a felony warrant out of King County. She also had a syringe containing heroin in her possession.

June 10, 9800 block of Edmonds Way: At 4:48pm, three teenage males steal beer from a store. No arrests at this time.

June 11, 23600 block of Highway 99: At 8:11pm, unknown suspects stole beer. The beer was dropped by the suspects as they fled the scene.

June 11, 23400 block of 78th Avenue West: An adult male assaulted his roommate with a machete. The male was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail for assault.

June 11, 500 block of Main Street: Subject arrested for intentionally damaging the victim’s custom cake.

June 12, 400 block of 3rd Avenue South: Adult male found unconscious and with multiple severe injuries. Possible victim of an assault. Male transported to Harborview.

June 13, 8000 block of 242nd Street Southwest: A driver parked his truck on the street and partially set the brake and left the vehicle in first gear. The vehicle rolled down the street and impacted three mailboxes, then hit a retaining wall. Next it rolled and hit a parked unoccupied vehicle, then hit three trees.

June 16, 21500 block of 73rd Place West: Disturbance in neighborhood involving juveniles and adults. No charges.
