365 Things to Do in Edmonds: Cemetery’s ‘Walk Back in Time’ tour

Wayne Purser of 365 Things to Do in Edmonds highlights last week’s ““Walk Back in Time” tour and open house at the Edmonds Memorial Cemetery and Columbarium, a My Edmonds News sponsor. The free walk, featuring cemetery board members in historic costumes, is held each year on the third Thursday of July. Since the cemetery is the resting place for many Edmonds pioneers, mayors and veterans from six different wars, the tour provides a rich glimpse into the history of Edmonds.

The cemetery is located at 100th Avenue West and 15th Street Southwest, just north of the QFC. For more information, call 425-771-4741.
