Many of us enjoyed the Edmonds Kind of Fourth parade sponsored July 4 by the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce, In case you were wondering, here are the seven winners of parade awards that are given annually, according to an announcement sent by the Chamber Friday. This year’s winners are:

– Most Patriotic, Lynnwood Elks Lodge #2171 & Lynnwood Emblem #366

This year the Chamber renamed the Community Service Award to The Dick Anway Memorial Award in memory of Police Reservist Dick Anway, who served the Chamber and the Edmonds community for 37 years. The award was given posthumously to Dick and presented to his family, who rode in the parade in his honor.
