David Page of Edmonds Realty recently retired and sold his business to his top agent Dennis Howard and Howard’s partner Lucille Noel. Dave Earling, a former owner of Edmonds Realty who is also a candidate for Edmonds Mayor, joined Howard, Noel, Page and other employees in a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new business.
Howard is president, owner and founder of Northwest Property and Finance Group, Inc. He has been in the real estate business for 10 years and specializes in residential and commercial properties, vacant land and new construction. He is experienced in organization development, purchase and sale contract negotiations, and dispute resolutions.
Prior to entering the real estate field, Howard operated a management consulting company dealing with organization development and operation. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Noel, a native of Canada, has been in the real estate business for more than 30 years, and served as vice president and asset management for Cornerstone Columbia Development Co. She is currently owner and president of Novar Corporation, a company that specializes in the management of residential and commercial properties in the Seattle and surrounding areas.
