Sports correspondents wanted for high school games this fall

Attention Edmonds parents, students or other community members who love high school sports and love to write about them: My Edmonds News is looking for a few reliable volunteer correspondents willing to provide timely results from Edmonds-Woodway High School sporting events this fall.

This would entail emailing a brief email summary of each athletic contest shortly after the event concludes. Those with cell phones/smart phones who are willing to text regular updates during the event (for example, quarter-by-quarter football scores or set-by-set volleyball matches) would also be much appreciated. If you like to take photos, those are also welcomed, even if you are not able to provide written summaries.

These are unpaid volunteer positions but every correspondent will receive a byline/photo credit. If you are interested, please email teresa@myedmondsnews.com.
