During November, Lynnwood Honda made a donation toward the Swedish/Edmonds Car Seat Program for every car sold, and the car dealership recently presented the hospital with a $7,500 check to assist families who aren’t able to afford car seats for their newborns.

In a typical year, the program provides a dozen car seats for young families in need. The $7,500 donation will provide over 100 car seats for those families. “The need in our area is so great and this donation can help to expand the Car Seat Program. In November, five seats were given to families; in the past they have only been able to help one family per month on average.” said Wendy Nelson Popke of Lynnwood Honda.

  1. Lynnwood Honda has supported the local community in ways such as this for many years. They deserve a special thanks and Edmonds is truly fortunate to have a quality organization as part of our community.
