Edmonds-Woodway High School is inviting community members to participate in evaluating the class of 2012’s Culminating Projects (otherwise known as senior projects). All presentations will take place at EWHS on Friday, April 20, 2012. It is a short, morning-only commitment from 7:30-10:30 a.m. People from all trades, professions and backgrounds are welcome.
Volunteer evaluators will have a morning orientation and then will work with an Edmonds-Woodway teacher to listen to and evaluate a few student presentations. These presentations are great interview and career preparation for students, and volunteer evaluators often walk away enjoying meeting students and seeing what they do.
If you’re interested in being an evaluator, save the date — Friday, April 20, 2012 — and email Jillian Wellington, Culminating Project Coordinator, to confirm your interest via email@example.com. The high school will follow up with willing volunteers in the spring to provide more information and answer any questions.
You can also email or call Wellington at 425-431-6122 if you have questions.
Thank you – and we look forward to your participation on April 20!
