If you’re looking for some easy and delicious meals to make for your loved ones, the Edmonds Parks and Recreation Department has some great classes for you. Karen Lamphere, a certified nutritionist, will teach Greens, Glorious Greens and Cooking with Whole Grains. Chef Sureyya Gokeri,who specializes in Mediterranean Cooking, will teach 30 Minute Mediterranean.

Saturday Night Dance
Join Charles England from the Golden State Dance Teachers Association and World Swing Dance Council Certified Instructor for Saturday night dance classes: 6 p.m. for Ballroom, 7 p.m. for East Coast Swing, 8 p.m. Salsa and 9 p.m. for West Coast Swing.  Classes run March 3-31 at the Frances Anderson Center.  Class fee is $55/resident and $63/non-resident.
