SWEL to explain timebanking during Limericks and Violin event Wednesday

The SWEL Timebank, an online system involving residents of Shoreline, Woodway, Edmonds and Lake Forest Park to help people exchange their talents, passions and resources, is sponsoring an informational event Wednesday, Nov. 7:  “What do Limericks and Timebanking Have in Common.” The event will run from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Edmonds Senior Center, 220 Railroad Ave. N., in Edmonds.

SWEL member Margaret Elwood will talk about her talent with limericks and how she teaches students to play the violin. Attendees are invited to learn about timebanking and meet SWEL members. Wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages and munchies will be served.
