Chamber celebrates successful year at sold-out dinner
Nearly 200 Edmonds Chamber of Commerce members and friends packed the Edmonds Conference Center Friday night for good food (Shooby Doo Catering), wine (Arista Wine Cellars) and music (The Side Project). The occasion was the annual Chamber dinner and business meeting, which was — by design– short on business and long on fun. Featuring a festive Moulin Rouge theme, all women entering the event received red feather boas while men were pinned with red boutonnieres.
Mayor Dave Earling praised the group for the positive energy the Chamber has generated throughout the business community. Chamber President Ron Clyborne, meanwhile, noted that membership has increased from 350 to 438 over the past year, and that this is the first time the annual dinner has sold out.

It was great fun. I’m so glad that Edmonds has such a vibrant and active business community…that’s part of what makes it such a great place to live.
What a wonderful night: great food, great music, great people! It was a night to remember, thanks to all the efforts of Valerie, Ailsa and Chris and Scooby Doo
