My grandson has been a part of Clearwater for 7 years. It is an amazing place. It it child centered and believes that every child has an innate desire to learn. It does not have to be taught my means of ‘instruction”. Kids natural learn. If you have a unique who needs a more open approach to learning with adults who follow the lead of each child and their way of learning, check out Clearwater. It is not perfect for every child, but for most children is a welcome revolution to the stifling public education system. Say hello to Max if you go by. He thrives there and has excelled at learning how democracy works first hand, used what is play to them to learn basic skills.
