Several Everett-to-Seattle Sounder trains going from three cars to two starting Friday
Sound Transit announced Thursday that starting Friday, Sept. 27, it will remove cars from the north line trains running between Everett and Seattle and add them to the south line trains between Seattle and Tacoma, which have substantially more riders.
The following north line trains will operate with two cars instead of three:
1700 leaving King Street Station at 4:05 p.m.
1702 leaving King Street Station at 4:33 p.m.
1705 leaving Everett at 6:45 a.m.
1707 leaving Everett at 7:15 a.m.
Even with some two-car trains, all north line passengers will have a seat, Sound Transit said.
