  1. I adore having dinner at the Cafe de Paris. I have had a number of things on the menu. Scallops, Salmon, Chicken dishes. All have been perfection! The soups and salads are wonderful. The veggies that come with dinner exceptionsl as well as the main courses I’ve had. If feeling really celebratory try the Oysters Rockefeller to start out with. The cook and wait staff are wonderful. give yourself a wonderful meal. PS call ahead to make sure Oysters are available for the Rockefeller.

  2. I wished to vote for the Colonial Pantry and am disappointed to find its not on the list. They have been serving excellent home cooked and filling meals to my family and myself for the past forty years. Its a favorite for seniors.

The Colonial Pantry has certainly stood the test of time unlike most of the entries. Check it out, you will be glad you did. Parking is always available.

I suspect it was ignored simply because its not in the bowl and hasn’t a view, just a darn good meal and service at a very reasonable price.

    • Hi Ray — all the nominations were submitted by readers so maybe you can nominate them next year?
