Municipal Court Judge Douglas Fair sworn in for another term

Mayor Dave Earling administers the oath of office of office to Edmonds Municipal Court Judge Douglas J. Fair, who begins his third term presiding over the court on Jan. 1. First appointed to complete an unfulfilled term in 2005, Fair was elected to a four-year term in November 2009. He successfully ran for another term in the recent 2013 election. Fair resides in Edmonds with his wife, the Honorable Ellen J. Fair, Snohomish County Superior Court Judge.
