Girls basketball: Warriors fall to Snohomish, 44-36

warrior-logoEdmonds-Woodway’s girls basketball team dropped a Wesco 4A crossover game to Snohomish, 44-36, Monday night at the E-W gym.

The Warriors (4-3 league, 8-4 overall) held a 10-6 advantage after the first quarter but were outscored 13-5 by the Panthers (4-3, 6-7) in the second and were not able to recover the lead.

Sidney Eck scored 22 points in the loss, while Moni Jackson added 7. Edmonds-Woodway travels to Mount Vernon Wednesday night for a 7:15 game.
