Jan. 17
22900 block 76th Avenue West: A woman called 911 to report that her boyfriend of about four years threatened her with a steak knife and hit her several times.

Jan. 19
23600 block Hwy 99: Just before 8:30 a.m., an adult female carrying two purses enters Safeway with an adult male. The store manager observes the woman concealing merchandise and exiting the store without making any effort to pay for it. She was confronted in the store parking lot, at which time she threatened to kill the manager and then ran on foot eastbound to Highway 99.

Jan. 24
8100 block 238th Street Southwest: A theft investigation leads to arrest for possession of heroin and methamphetamine. The suspect was booked into Snohomish County Jail.

Jan. 25
7400 block 210th Street Southwest: A man is arrested for slapping his girlfriend wtice in the face.

Jan. 28
24000 76th Avenue West
A man reports theft of a blank check from residence and subsequent fraudulent cashing of check while he was out of town.

Jan. 31
23600 block hwy 99
A woman stole 11 DVDs from Safeway. She was cited and released.

Feb. 1
20800 76th Avenue West
Juveniles in possession of alcohol were found inside an apartment without permission. All three initially lied about their names; they were eventually returned to their parents.

Feb. 3
23400 block 78th Avenue West
A victim reported that someone threw a cement gutter piece through a bedroom window.
