Scene from an Edmonds resident: Downtown Seattle crowds gathering for Seahawk parade
February 5, 2014
Amidst the excitement of the Seahawk parade, there’s still people actually working in downtown Seattle today. Edmonds resident Priya Sinha is one of them. Her office overlooks Westlake Center, and she snapped this picture from her window of the parade crowd gathering at 9:30 Wednesday morning. Despite temperatures in the low 20s, and wind whipping around the downtown canyons, the fans are yelling so loud that she reports “the windows are shaking” in her 40th floor office!
