Cafe Rio makes gift to Edmonds Public Schools Foundation

Mexican restaurant Café Rio, which held its grand opening and ribbon cutting at Alderwood Mall Wednesday, also made a $2,500 gift to the Edmonds Public Schools and Alumni Foundation.
