Edmonds Public Schools Foundation raises more than $100K for student programs

EPSAFThe Edmonds Public Schools & Alumni Foundation (The Foundation) announced today that it has raised a record $105,000 through both its annual breakfast and Campbell Nelson Community Driven Campaign.

“We want to thank our local community and businesses for their generous support,” said Foundation Executive Director Deb Anderson. “The Foundation’s work toward improving the educational development of students in the Edmonds School District is made possible by these donors. I’m in awe of their commitment to the students!”

Proceeds will be used to fund the Foundation’s programs, including after-school study support for struggling students, helping students become career and college ready, scholarships for students to pursue post-secondary education and distributing refurbished laptops to families in need.

For over 30 years, the Edmonds Public Schools & Alumni Foundation has supported students, teachers and schools by putting money they raise where it enhances student learning the most — directly into schools and classrooms.
