Edmonds City Park will be the starting place for the 2014 March for Babies Snohomish fundraising walk, set for Saturday, April 26. David Jaffe, Chief Executive of Swedish/Edmonds, is serving as the 2014 March for Babies Chair.

March for Babies is the March of Dimes’ largest fundraiser, with more than 9,000 walkers bringing in more than $1.8 million in Washington state last year. The money raised supports local programs that help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies.

Registration begins at 8 a.m. and the walk starts at 9 a.m., all at City Park, located at 600 3rd Ave. S. in downtown Edmonds.
