Dan Thulin said that he and wife were on the Edmonds ferry Wednesday when they saw this unusual sight. “As you know, the Canadian geese are very big birds, they take a lot room to land,” Thulin said. “They are not known for their vertical landing. I cannot figure how this big bird landed on this little pier piling.”
