City of Edmonds still has Adopt-A-Flower Baskets available

hanging basketsAdopt-A-Flower Baskets are still available from the City of Edmonds Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services Department. Flower baskets are $100 each for the season. Your donation helps offset the cost of the city’s flower program.

Donors select the basket location and the city plants them with assistance from the Edmonds Floretum Garden Club. Once the baskets are placed in June, the City will mark the basket with the donor’s information.

Of the 138 baskets available for adoption this year, there are only 10 baskets remaining at this time. City of Edmonds staff maintain not only those 138 baskets, but 176 individual flower beds in 39 locations throughout the city.

You can download the form and map at flowerprogram.edmondswa.gov. The remaining baskets are 8-10, 70, and 133-138. Forms and maps are also available at the Frances Anderson Center.
