Edmonds karate students raise $1,000 for Oso mudslide victims

Students of Carter Satori Karate School surpassed their goal of $500 to raise over $1,000 for the Oso Mudslide relief assistance. Funds were donated to the Cascade Valley Hospital Foundation.

According to the announcement from the school, students plan to continue their efforts to assist those in need. Funds were raised through a kick-a-thon and a kid art show, which featured unique and original student art.
