Scene in Edmonds: Anderson sworn in as assistant police chief

The Edmonds City Council looked on Tuesday night as Don Anderson was sworn in as the city’s new assistant chief of police. Above, Police Chief Al Compaan (center) congratulates Anderson and his family — son Colton, wife Lea and daughter Reagan.
