Scene in Edmonds: Dinner for a good cause
On Saturday night, Mayor Dave Earling and his wife Sue — along with their invited guests — enjoyed dinner provided by Chef Bill Pennington of Arnie’s Restaurant and hosted at the Edmonds home of Rock and Maggie Peterson The Earlings were the highest bidders on the dinner at the Annual Edmonds Center for the Arts Auction last September. Chef Pennington served a seven-course meal that included crab cakes, duck and rack of lamb for the main course. Also enjoying the meal were Greg and Joelle Hoff, Bob and Sylvana Rinehart, and Caroyln and Lindsey Echelbarger.
The annual ECA Gala features many experiences like this one to bid on; be sure to watch for information this summer on the 2014 event, if you are interested in attending and supporting ECA programming.
