The Edmonds Chamber of Commerce has announced that Francine “Frannie” Cohen, the 2014 Edmonds Kiwanis Citizen of the Year, will be honored and riding in the chamber’s “An Edmonds Kind of Fourth” parade. Cohen was selected in May by the Edmonds Kiwanis Club as the Citizen of the Year winner, based on her volunteer efforts in Edmonds.

With an over-100-year tradition, the Edmonds Kind of Fourth celebration features a 5K Fun Run/Walk, Children’s Parade and Main Parade, plus evening entertainment, vendors and fireworks that draw over 25,000 spectators.
