Scene in Edmonds: New state ferry Tokitae makes an appearance

"Since it was only docked for about 5 minutes (one car, no passengers), I assume it's still on sea trials," Dockins said. According to this posting on the Washington State Ferries website, the 144-car Tokitae will be put into service on the Mukilteo-Clinton run.
