The Edmonds Elves are back on the streets of downtown Edmonds for the holiday season. Holy Rosary School students started the tradition last year, and kicked it off again this year by donning elf hats, singing carols, and handing out candy canes to passers-by on Saturday afternoon in downtown Edmonds. They even hopped aboard the holiday trolley to sing carols and hand out candy canes to passengers. This year, Edmonds merchants are expanding the Edmonds Elves event to every Saturday afternoon in December. Each Saturday, a different group of elves will continue spreading holiday cheer, wishing folks in downtown Edmonds a happy holiday season and thanking them for shopping in Edmonds.
