According to Jazz Colony coordinator Pete Bennett, after this Wednesday the group will have one more performance — on Wednesday, Aug. 19 from 4:15-8:15 p.m., along with the new College Place Middle School Jazz Colony run by CPM Booster Club member Mike Henderson.

Edmonds-Woodway High School Jazz Colony, sponsored by the EWHS Music Boosters and the Hazel Miller Foundation, gives high school jazz musicians an opportunity to play jazz all summer long through the Sea Jazz program, and work on their improvisation skills, receive instruction from professional jazz clinicians and participate in weekly jam sessions.
