600 block Bell Street: A resident brought papers and items that appeared to be from a vehicle prowl to the Edmonds Police Department. Another resident in the same block found a stack of CDs on her patio deck that didn’t belong to her.

23400 block Highway 99: An adult boyfriend and girlfriend got into an argument about their relationship.

23100 block Highway 99: A man assaulted the mother of his child.

Aug. 14

24100 block 92nd Avenue West: A man reported that his vehicle was stolen out of his driveway overnight.

200 block 4th Avenue South: A man reported a burglary and theft of items from his detached garage overnight.

500 block Main Street: A driver was arrested for DUI after crashing into a parked vehicle.

Aug. 15

900 block Main Street: A car window was broken out and a backpack stolen.

Aug. 16

23800 block Highway 99: A motel customer reported that the trolling motor was stolen off his boat while it was in the motel parking lot.

Aug. 18

8100 block 184th Street Southwest: A resident reported finding many attempts to open windows at residence after being gone a short time.

8400 block 244th Street Southwest: A suicidal man high on methamphetamine refused to exit a business’ bathroom. The door was forced open and he was taken to Swedish Edmonds ER for treatment.

Aug. 19

23600 block Highway 99: Police removed a man from Safeway after he was observed by employees attempting to conceal items in a purse he was carrying.
