Bump Kitchen brings its heavy funk, soul and blues sound to Edmonds City Park Sunday from 3-4 p.m., part of the free Edmonds Arts Commission’s Summer Concerts series.
Bump Kitchen’s musical recipe? “A base of Heavy Funk, a sprinkle of Soul and a dash of Blues mixed with subtle hints of R&B and Latin Spice,” says the city announcement. The band has been playing together for over 10 years at venues and festivals throughout the Northwest including the Bite of Seattle, Tacoma Blues Festival, Taste of Edmonds and the Puyallup Fair.
We’ve provided a sample above, but to hear additional tracks and find out more about the group visit www.bumpkitchen.com.
All concerts are free, open to the public, and accessible to people with disabilities. City Park concerts take place rain or shine.
