Yost Swim Team’s 2015 season is wrapping up. Earlier in the week, swimmers had a blast practicing in “Drag,” or fully dressed. The purpose was twofold: to practice swimming with resistance, but also to familiarize youth with the feeling of being in the water fully clothed. Coach Gilliam Lim presented younger students a class on rescue techniques, and how to safely aid a distressed swimmer. Yost Penguins will participate in the Championship meet at Snohomish Aquatics Center all day Saturday. We wish them luck!
