The Lynnwood Fire Department and Snohomish County Fire District 1 put out a two-alarm fire Saturday at the Camelot West Apartments in Lynnwood.

An oven fire spread to two units and two people suffered minor injuries at the apartment complex located at 19412 40th Ave. W. One person was transported to the hospital.

Sixteen units were affected by the fire. The fire started in an oven in a third floor apartment and quickly spread to the fourth floor unit directly above.

911 was called about 11:15 a.m. Crew were evaluating exactly which units were uninhabitable. Red Cross and Medic 7 were on scene to help the victims.
