All classes are free to attend. You can register online.

Here’s a schedule of what’s coming up this month at Verdant Health:

Why Marriages Succeed After Traumatic Brain Injury

This two-part class is for couples whose partner has had a traumatic brain injury. Research has shown that couples wait an average of six years from the first sign of problems to get help. Getting help sooner will help you build and sustain a loving relationship and will support recovery. The class is for couples who feel their role has changed in their relationship, or that now have difficulty communicating, among other issues.

Thursdays: Jan. 7 & 21. Class is from 2-3:30 p.m. Attendance at both classes is required.
