Edmonds Diversity Commission welcomes all to march in 4th of July parade

The Edmonds Diversity Commission invites everyone in the community to join its “Accept-Respect-Celebrate Diversity” contingent that will march in the Edmonds Kind of 4th of July parade.

Those interested in participating are asked to report to the reigstration areas at 7th Avenue and Glen Street by 11 a.m. on July 4, before the parade officially begins at noon.

  1. It’s with more than a bit of anticipation as to whether or not I will see Adrienne Fraley-Monillas march with the Diversity Commission in the 4th of July parade.

  2. Hey! Edmonds why not think big and establish a “Diversity Parade!” Everyone who wants to be in the parade should email the City of Edmonds Diversity Commission. Since this would be a “first” we would need a consensus on a date then need volunteers to solicit sponsors and groups. Then organize the parade and celebrate our diversity…since we are the only nation that is not pure blood or culturally one. Let’s Celebrate
