23916 Highway 99: A man burglarized motel room and closed business before being taken into custody

7100 block Olympic View Drive: Police responded to a report of a woman hallucinating. She had gone three days without sleep, has a history of drug usage and a mental diagnosis. She refused to go to the ER for an evaluation.

7900 block Cyrus Place: A suspect entered a house via unsecured door and took numerous items after ransacking the rooms.

23700 block 102nd Place West: A woman reported that someone tried to open an account using her information.

24200 block Timber Lane: A verbal domestic dispute was reported.

Nov. 15

21900 block Highway 99: Two forged $20 bills were passed at a coffee shop during an unknown time frame.

Walnut Street/9th Avenue South: A vehicle license plate was found.

Highway 99/236th Street Southwest: A two-vehicle collision investigation resulted in an adult female cited for hit and run.

23600 block Highway 99: Suspect was contacted inside Safeway with store merchandise in purse, and was trespassed from the premises.

24100 block Highway 99: Shoes were stolen from Burlington Coat Factory.

400 block 3rd Avenue South: A dog bite was reported.

22600 block Highway 99: A traffic stop for speeding led to arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nov. 16

23700 block 80th Court West: Two of victim’s vehicles were broken into overnight, and property stolen from both.

8100 block 238th Street Southwest: A vehicle window was smashed and registration stolen overnight in parking lot.

8200 block 220th Street Southwest: A bicycle was found.

7300 block 224th Street Southwest: A backpack blower was stolen from a job site.

7600 block 212th Street Southwest: Police received an initial report of a vehicle theft from Edmonds-Woodway High School. The vehicle was returned to school prior to police arrival. A report regarding a theft of keys, which occurred two weeks ago, was taken.

2220th Street Southwest and Highway 99: A traffic collision investigation resulted in a driver being cited for hit and run.

700 block Dayton Street: Fraud phone calls with monetary loss reported.

24100 block Highway 99: Police arrested a suspect in theft of merchandise from Burlington Coat Factory.

Nov. 17

Highway 99/238th Street Southwest: Multiple traffic infractions led to a traffic stop, which led to a DUI arrest.

7300 block 175th Street Southwest: An attempted residential burglary was reported.

8100 block 236th Street Southwest: A package left outside of apartment complex office by a delivery service was stolen before the owner could pick it up.

9900 block 232nd Street Southwest: Victim’s vehicle window was smashed and a bag containing an iPad and other personal property was stolen.

8000 block 240th Street Southwest: A woman reported that someone had entered her parked vehicle and stolen some change.

24100 block Highway 99: A woman was found in possession of victim’s property including credit cards after officers responded to a report of suspicious activity that turned out to be a vehicle prowl.

22600 block Highway 99: A phone valued at $960 was stolen from the Verizon Store.

300 block Admiral Way: A chain link fence was cut.

500 block Homeland Drive: A license plate was stolen and was swapped for another unreported stolen plate.

9600 block 220th Street Southwest: Juveniles were found with marijuana and paraphernalia at an elementry school after hours.

7800 block 189th Place Southwest: Report of a fraud by email reported.

Nov. 18

700 block Maple Street: A man was arrested for DUI.

21600 block 76th Avenue West: Rape of a child reported.

23700 block 80th Court West: A knife set ordered from Macy’s was stolen from a shipping box at the victim’s address.

Olympic View Drive/88th Avenue West: An odd-behaving person admitting to being on mental health medication was taken to the transit center.

22900 block Highway 99: A customer at Miller’s Equipment & Rent All Inc, rented an arc welder in September and failed to return the item. Employees contacted the family, who claims that the customer is in a mental facility in Bellingham. Unknown where the arc welder is.

24100 block Highway 99: A woman shoplifted from Burlington clothing store. Cited and released.

21800 block 84th Ave. W.: A man reported a burglary at a house under construction.

24100 block Highway 99: A man was arrested for shoplifting.

Nov. 19

21300 block 80th Avenue West: A man was arrested for fourth-degree domestic violence.

8000 block 196th Street Southwest: A dispute over living arrangements concluded with a mutually beneficial plan.

22100 block Highway 99: An unoccupied stolen vehicle was recovered at a local motel.

800 block Birch Street: Police responded to an ongoing neighbor dispute. The neighbor drove by and ran his finger across his neck.

19500 block 80th Avenue West: A woman reported her vehicle was stolen while at church.

7400 block 208th Street Southwest: A verbal domestic dispute was reported between a father and his 15-year-old daughter, who didn’t want to abide by Dad’s rules.

7700 block 196th Street Southwest: A resident reported continuously hearing disparging remarks about him while he was outside his apartment.

Nov. 20

100 block Railroad Avenue: A man reported that his estranged wife had violated a court order by calling his workplace.

24100 block Highway 99: A man shoplifted a pair of men’s shoes from Burlington clothing store. The subject was detained at a nearby motel, cited and released for third-degree theft. The shoes were recovered.

23600 block Highway 99: A vehicle was prowled in a strip mall parking lot, with the passenger side window broken out and a wallet with ID and cash was taken. A stolen credit card was used at Edmonds Smoke Shop and McDonalds.

9100 block 185th Place Southwest: A 14-year-old son and his father get into a physical fight.

Nov. 21

21600 block Highway 99: Police responded to a domestic dispute between a man and a woman. The woman was arrested for violating a served protection order involving the man. The man had thrown a glass bottle in the direction of the woman and threatened to harm the officer. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and booked into Snohomish County Jail. The woman was transported to Swedish Edmonds emergency room after exhibiting signs of possible drug overdose,
