Vegetarians have several choices this week. There are black bean sliders, and a vegetarian version of the quesadilla – zucchini, bell pepper, gold potato slices, caramelized onion, corn, fresh spinach; Colby and goat cheeses and topping of crema verde, There are also two new yummy items:
Butternut Squash Hummus Plate — cucumber slices, bell pepper, pita bread and nicely decorated with pomegranate arils.
Cream of Asparagus Soup — not only delicious, with a creamy texture with lots of tender asparagus tips in each spoonful, but keeps the hands warm while you wait. Ask for your bowl of soup right away.
