Finally: Top Pot Doughnuts to open this weekend

Doughnut fans, rejoice.

Top Pot Doughnuts tweeted Friday afternoon that the long-awaited opening of its Edmonds store at 150 Sunset will be this weekend.

And Top Pot co-founder Mark Klebeck confirmed the news in an email to My Edmonds News as well.

“We are excited to announce the opening of our latest cafe installment – Top Pot EDMONDS! Stop by and check out our new digs this weekend for our soft opening! Open Saturday & Sunday from 7 AM – 2 PM! 150 Sunset Ave “

In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, we wonder — will they be serving these…?

      1. It is really hard to understand why some one would give a thumbs down to this post. Maybe it was because the helpful information came in 29 minutes from the request and someone wanted a faster helpful hint?

    1. Kathie, I find it sad that folks gave you so many thumbs down for your comment. I would hope folks would be more “friendly”.

    1. Pricey too! We have one near our office in Bellevue – don’t eat them often. Not diabetic friendly, unfortunately.

One of the very few redeeming qualities of Top Foods were donuts. Very good, in-store made and reasonably priced.

    1. The donuts are not made there, but I tried them today and they couldn’t be any fresher. They were excellent!

  1. FWIW — the address, for some reason, gets lost in the post. It’s split at the end of the paragraph, and the number is so low (150) that it doesn’t look like the majority of addresses. It really would have been more helpful if someone had taken time to put it in a more prominent place. It’s an important enough piece of information as to be worth the effort.

  2. It’s probably helpful to know that the donut shop is a separate building on the Salish Crossing, the old Safeway, property.
