The final pavement and paint striping work at the intersection of 76th Avenue West and 212th Street Southwest is scheduled for this summer — tentatively in July, the City of Edmonds said.

The work was scheduled for spring of this year, but was postponed due to settlement issues in the existing pavement during the past winter, the city said. Some of the pavement repair work has been completed and the remaining repairs will be incorporated into the final pavement restoration.

The city said it used the extra time to monitor the site to make sure no additional settlement issues appeared within the project limits.
