Police ask for help in identifying Circle K robbery suspect

Edmonds police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect caught on camera during a robbery of the Circle K convenience store in the 22600 block of Highway 99 on Nov. 27.

Police spokesman Sgt. Don Anderson described the suspect as a white male adult, approximately 6’2″, 185lbs with a short, military-style hair cut. He was wearing a white sweatshirt with possibly a Ford Mustang on the front of it, blue jeans and brown shoes.

Anderson said the suspect approached the clerk at approximately 9:10 p.m. and told her that she was being robbed, then left on foot after being given an undisclosed amount of cash from the register. No weapon was used or displayed. The suspect spoke with a Southern accent, Anderson added.
