The Meadowdale High School boys defeated Shorewood 54-49 Tuesday night. Connor Hamlett led the Mavericks with 19 points.
Edmonds-Woodway, meanwhile, lost to Shorecrest, 58-53. Joe Degrazia was high scorer for the Warriors with 16.
