The Edmonds City Council will welcome in 2010 with full agenda Tuesday night, including administering the oath of office to newly elected councilmembers, electing a new council president and hearing a presentation — rescheduled from last month — on a proposed vehicle reservation system for Washington State Ferries, including the Edmonds-Kingston run. The council will also discuss the city’s legislative agenda for the 2010 session of the Washington State Legislature.
