Get away from the crowds and into a raft and float down the beautiful and remote Nooksack River in the shadow of Mt. Baker, Saturday, Jan. 30. This 10-mile rafting adventure sponsored by Edmonds Parks and Recreation starts at the Highway 9 bridge, taking you past Suzanne Falls, impressive clay cliffs, spawning salmon and bald eagles. Pacific Northwest Float Trips provides all rafting equipment, naturalist guide and lunch.
