Work out for a great cause Saturday

This Saturday, Jan. 9, you can work out for a great cause and make history. At 8 a.m. Pacific time, the largest simultaneous workout in history will take place in 50 locations around the world. Organizers say this event will be so huge, that it will earn a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records. While the actual event isn’t completely local (it’s in Everett), it’s the only city in Washington to host this event. Plus, as part of your $20 admission fee (all of which is donated to the American Heart Association) you get two weeks of fitness boot camp for free at one of AIM FitCamp’s various locations – $100 value (Edmonds, Everett, Shoreline or Redmond).

For the basic $20 donation, you get:

-Admission to the event and 30 minutes of fun, intense, fat-burning exercise.

-Two weeks of fitness boot camp.

-“The Drop a Dress Size in 21 Days!” home fitness program powered by Workout Muse -$49 value.
