The Warrior girls’ basketball team beat Lewis & Clark from Spokane 56-53 in 4A State Basketball tournament action Friday. Edmonds-Woodway now advances to the consolation final for either a 5th- or an 8th-place trophy Saturday, playing Moses Lake at 11:30 a.m. in the Tacoma Dome.
Leading scorers for Edmonds-Woodway were Madeline Kasper and Angela Woods, who had 15 apiece. Ashley Albertson had 12 points and 14 rebounds.
